Research & Selection

The Search process is only implemented following careful, accurate and competent briefing by our Client because we believe that it is necessary to understand before acting.

All working procedures are monitored by a team of Consultants / Researchers, selected on the basis of technical skills and individual sensitivity, as well as in-depth knowledge of the subject and area in question.

We use all possible Search channels to recruit candidates, maintaining high standards of efficiency, competency and quality. We work mainly on a Direct Search basis, backed up by advertisements on Internet, profile collection by means of our Data Bank and, on request, advertisements in leading daily newspapers.

We offer our Clients total availability, at least during the candidates’ initial presentations.

We handle the delicate motivational process involved in passive candidacies (coming from Direct Search) and guarantee an on-going dialogue between the Client and the Candidate until an agreement is signed.

We continue to supervise the candidate once he/she has been hired, with a view to guaranteeing total Client satisfaction in terms of results; we also guarantee the necessary assistance to our Candidate during the phases of his/her integration into the company.

We believe that each project has a life of its own, made up of unique, highly specific needs. In fact, it is for this reason that a MCS Consultant is present during all stages of the process to guarantee maximum quality and the necessary feedback to the client.
